Hypnotherapy and hypnosis is amazing! The basic aim of any type of hypnosis is to get straight to the root cause of habits and worries by speaking directly to the sub-conscious mind. The sub-conscious mind carries all of our past experiences and we can be unaware of them, whereas the conscious mind will view a part of those past experiences by being within our immediate attention.

While in a state of pure focus, I will gently help you to find new ways of seeing your problems and letting go of those that you no longer need. Helping you to make rapid and lasting changes in your life.

Hypnosis is not a state of eyelids, you can keep your eyes open and you are in control throughout the session. All of my sessions are unscripted and tailored to your own unique needs, helping you to achieve the changes you want.

During your session I may also use Kinetic Shift techniques. Kinetic Shift is a fast and effective form of hypnotherapy where we work directly with the sub-conscious (monkey mind) and quickly ‘get things sorted’. The treatment will be intuitive, lively, dynamic and energising. What a great way to achieve your changes.
